If I am with an HOA or City that requires proof of insurance can Ewe Pet Petting Zoo provide that? Yes, our insurance
agent will send you a COI with your HOA or City name attached. However, if you require an additional insurance policy there
is an additional insurance fee.

Do I have to have grass to host a party? No you don't have to have grass. We prefer grass for the comfort of the animals and
the participants. It's much cooler and looks nicer in photos. We offer a concrete set up with wood shavings, hay or straw.
We clean them all away at the end of the event so you don't have a mess when we go. This treatment takes additional time and
supplies therefore has an additional charge.

How do I book a party
To book a party all you have to do is call or email to check availability.
Our availability can change very
quickly
A deposit is required for every booking
Because we travel we have to schedule booking based on location
and drive time.
Making the schedule is like building a house of cards. If all the booking are confirmed with a deposit
the cards stay strong. If there is a party that is not confirmed and moves or changes it effects our whole day. It is always
best to pay your deposit right away. For your convince we can process a credit card over the phone or with the PayPal button
on our website.
Party availability is first come first served.

I cannot pay my deposit right now, should I wait and send it and the contract back together?
While we do prefer to have our deposit no more then 7 days after you call and book your party, we do understand sometimes
you don't have it right then and there. However, we MUST HAVE a signed CONTRACT and your DEPOSIT to keep
the date and time you wanted. Please call us, let us know when you have the deposit, we can take a credit card over the phone
or we have a $100 paypal button on our website but we must have the contract ASAP. Our party/event
times are limited, so please secure yours with Contract and Deposit today!

Are my dogs going to be a problem? Do I have to keep them locked up?
No Mam', our animals have been trained with and around dogs, cats, and all other animals. They do not spook easily so you
dogs do not have to be locked up while we are there. We have gates to keep them out of the pin, which is all we need.

What happens if it rains?
We will not cancel on you, we will arrive rain or shine. However, for the comfort of our animals, and your guest if you
would like to reschedual it must be done the night before or in exterme circumstances the morning of. When making your decision
please remember a Petting Zoo can fit quite comfortably in a garage or carport.
Does my party start when you arrive, before you set up?
NO, we try to arrive up to 30 min early to get everything set up before your time starts. If there is an uncontrolable delay,
which makes us late in arriving your party time doesn't start until everything is set up and the first child enters the zoo
or takes the first ride.

How do I decide if I need another pony?
One pony can handle many rides for many children, if your party/event will have more then 20 kids that will be riding,
adding another pony would be a good idea. You can always add a petting zoo to entertain the children while they wait for their
turn. We also offer carousels with 4,5 or 6 ponies at a time.

My front yard isn't a square, Can we still have a petting zoo?
Yes, We have flexible fencing so we can work with any shape we need to. The measurements
are squared so people can judge the size you may need. If you having trouble decideding the size you may need we are

CAN WE COME TO THE FARM?
No, we do not have tours of the farm. We stay busy traveling and are not set up to service groups at the farm, but,
we are USDA inspected and licensed and have appropriate insurance and permits to work in most parks, or, we can come to your
home, school or church.

CAN WE FEED THE PETTING ZOO ANIMALS?
Yes, for small events, birthday parties, day cares, mdo, etc. zoo food is offered as a zoo add on. Zoo Food will be
things like carrots, corn on the cob, romaine lettuce and cups of grain.
For large public events we will have Zoo Food
available for purchase, per serving.

CAN WE RIDE ANYTHING?
You can rent a pony by itself or rent it with the petting zoo. Weight limit for the pony ride is about
65 a 120 lbs, it depends on the size pony for your event. Be sure to let us know in advance if you will need a pony with a
higher weight limit.
Parties booked for young children we will bring a small pony unless specified that a larger pony
is needed.
If you have a variety of children age/size we recommend having 2 ponies, 1 larger and 1 small.

WHAT DOES THE PETTING ZOO HAVE?
The petting zoo usually has young animals. Depending what what size zoo you hire us for the variety
of animals will differ. We have Yaks, Llamas, miniature horses, sheep, goats, zebu cattle. Scottish highlander cow, chickens,
ducks, call ducks, Sebastopol geese, turkey, miniature donkey, alpaca, rabbits, mini pigs and piglets, during the summer we
have a giant Sulcata tortoise. Sometimes we are lucky and have a baby or something else new and exciting in the zoo.
The miniature horses and donkeys in the petting zoo are for petting. We have ponies available to do pony rides. Most of our
animals are raised here on our farm…Most of their parents have been in the petting zoo! Even though they have outgrown
the traveling part of the zoo, they are still a part of the zoo and our breeding program. You will see a lot of our older
animals at Scarborough Faire and other Large Festival events. All of the animals are clean and friendly. You can rent
the petting zoo by itself or with a pony ride.

What size petting zoo should I choose?
The birthday party petting zoo is a variety of small petting animals. We choose animals that are small for small children,
small children can be intimidated by animals that are twice their size or more. We would like every child to have warm fuzzy
petting zoo memories. The large event zoo has a verity of animals selected for families to enjoy, small animals as well as
some larger special pets like the big tortoise or llama.

Can we feed the peting zoo animals?
Yes, feeding the petting zoo animals is a wonderful experience.
for $20 we will provide carrots, corn on the cob and
Romain lettuse for feeding the petting zoo animlas. There are other veggies and fruits that the animals enjoy, we have found
that corrots, corn and lettuse is the easiest and least messy for the children feeding the animals.

We us flexable fencing that can fit in any front or back yard.
