fees being paid by check, with completed paperwork and
prior
approval we will wait up to 7 days before booking another event
We have limited
party times available each day,
unfortunately we
can't be just anywhere any time there is a lot of planning that goes into it.
Not only are there animals to wash, groom and load before
every event but we also have
drive time, set up
time, packing up time and traffic to alot time for.
The
earlier you plan your event or party the better.
Parties Booked 10 days or less before the event must be paid in full by credit card at the time of booking
To confirm your booking and lock in the date and time a 50% nonrefundable
reservation fee is required.
The fasted and easiest
way to take care of the reservation fee is by Credit card over the phone.
Your party / event Paperwork will be E-mail out to you.
Your paperwork must be signed, initialed and returned.
Completed paperwork needs to be returned within 24 hrs
The party / Event Service balance can be paid in full any time prior to the day of your event.
Your service balance payments paid by credit card will be charged a $10
convenience fee.
Party and Event service balances
are due to be paid in full by Cash upon arrive to your event.
We
cannot set up or start your event until the service balance is paid.
Have your service payment ready when we arrive 30 min prior to your event.
Failure to pay promptly will delay set up and event time.
Failure to Pay the service balance will forfeit the reservation fee & event.
Petting Zoo & Pony Ride reservation fees are all non refundable,
In the event of a extreme weather
/ unsafe driving conditions for the EwePet animals to be transported, a new available date will be chosen.
in
the event of a cancellation and your reservation fee is forfeit.
Date changes are not available within 30 days of your event.
To avoid additional set up fees we require a level grassy area with parking either next to it or within 20ft
Credit
card payments cannot be processed outside of the office.
the
day before your event is the latest we can accept over the phone credit card payments.
Any Donation pricing and or Discounts agreed upon for events need to be paid for at the time
of booking to get Discount
